Interested in helping deliver the National Diabetes Prevention Program to your community? We can help!
We understand getting involved can be confusing, so we have created these training modules to help orient you to what it means to be a NDPP Lifestyle Coach and how you fit into the bigger picture.
It's our hope that through these training modules, you will:
Gain a clearer understanding of the National Diabetes Prevention Program as a whole, and how Cooperative Extension fits into this picture.
Understand the steps to take to become a certified NDPP Lifestyle Coach and the responsibilities associated with delivering the program
Familiarize yourself to the CDC's Prevent T2 curriculum used in the NDPP
